Cancellations & Refund Policy

Cancellations made by the Charterer 7 or more days prior to the trip will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Captain reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to weather, mechanical issues, or safety concerns. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

All passengers must obey the Captain and crew instructions at all times.

  • No illegal substances or firearms are permitted.
    Children under age 6 must wear life jackets at all times.
  • Alcohol is permitted in moderation. The Captain may terminate the trip if behavior becomes unsafe.
  • The Charterer is responsible for any damage caused by their party.
  • Sea conditions vary. No guarantees are made for catching fish.

 Liability & Assumption of Risk

The Charterer and their guests acknowledge that fishing and boating carry inherent risks including injury, death, and property damage. By signing this agreement, the Charterer waives any claims against the Owner, Captain, crew, and the vessel, except in cases of gross negligence.
